Message from the CEO

Welcome to the Showell Foundation website. It is my sincere hope that you will be blessed by your visit to the site and find it informative. The idea behind creating the Showell Foundation, an organization that creates productive members of society, was born of the need to ignite youth and empower society. The Foundations goals are to 1) enhance academic achievement in today’s youth by motivating and encouraging them through a variety of programs that will prepare them both academically and professionally and; 2) empower people and help them solve their problems with the love of Christ, and through counseling, and personal and professional enrichment programs. This is the mission to which we have been called and my desire is to see it fulfilled.

The educational programs were designed to produce well-rounded young adults to become effective leaders and ready to successfully embark upon life’s journeys and future endeavors. The counseling and development programs were designed to help individuals attain peace of mind, and personal and professional growth. By providing comprehensive programming that empowers and equips, our hope is that we have something to offer everyone.

The Foundation has truly been blessed with a staff, advisory board, and Board of Directors who are tremendously committed to the Foundations’ mission. Their experience covers many diverse areas including but not limited to: education, theology, entertainment, health, athletics and more. Please take a few minutes to review their brief bios.

I believe that God created each of us for a specific purpose, but primarily for us to know and serve Him. Our prayer at the Foundation is for every individual to recognize and appreciate the plan that Christ has in store for him, and us.
