Organizational Structure
The CEO is responsible for keeping the board informed of company performance, to advise them on important matters, and to do the creative work to resolve problems or recommend alternative courses of action. The CEO is responsible for development of a corporate purpose, the underlying strategies to achieve that purpose, and the day-to-day operations of the company in accomplishment of its purpose and in accord with its strategies
The Vice Presidents are second in command and they oversee and are responsible for business development, marketing strategies, and operations.
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the operations and fundraising, recommends annual budget, implements the goals and objectives of our strategic plan, and formulates policies for the Board of Directors.
The Chief Financial Officer specializes in generating funds necessary to support and expand business operations, put together acquisitions, manage cash resources, and ensure future economic stability. He is also responsible for the company’s value; creating and instigating financial policy, developing the financing program, directing cash flow, and coordinating with investors and financial organizations.
The Board of Directors reports to stakeholders, particularly the local communities which we serve, and ensures effective organizational planning; ensure adequate resources; manage resources effectively; determines and monitors the Foundation’s programs and services; and enhances the organization's public image
The Staff fully understand the vision and mission of the organization and always work toward fulfilling the company’s goals. They are responsible for carrying out the day to day operations of the company. Their diligent efforts run the organization and maintain its productivity. They are the key contributors to our growth and success.
